Wrong or Damaged Product Received

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the product as it was received.

  • The product must be unused, and all original tags must be intact.

Once we verify your claim, you may return the item. After return approval:

  • You’ll receive a credit equal to your order value.

  • This credit must be used to purchase any other product from our website within 30 days of the return approval date.

  • No cash refunds will be provided.

Size Issues (Stitched Articles Only)

If there’s a size issue with stitched items, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Share your order details and sizing issue clearly via WhatsApp or email.
