These Terms & Conditions govern your use of brandeddupes.com, operated by Brand Deal by Misbah. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products
We offer original branded dresses at the lowest possible prices. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual color may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. We do not guarantee availability of every item shown on the website at all times.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposit as payment methods.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment (or COD confirmation) is received.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • After placing an order, a confirmation message is sent via WhatsApp asking you to confirm or cancel your order.
  • If confirmed, the order proceeds to processing and dispatch.
  • If cancelled, the order is cancelled with no charges.
  • Orders not confirmed within a reasonable time may be cancelled automatically.

5. Shipping
All orders are shipped as per our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are handled as per our [Return & Refund Policy].

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Brand Deal by Misbah and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Brand Deal by Misbah is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, natural disasters, or incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout.

9. User Conduct
Customers agree not to place fraudulent orders, repeatedly refuse COD orders without valid reason, or misuse the website in any way. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer engaging in such behavior.

10. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are placing the order with the consent of a parent/guardian.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
