Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier partner.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• Major cities (e.g. Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan): 2-3 working days
• Other cities: 4-5 working days
• Shipping charges: PKR 250 flat rate across Pakistan

International Shipping
We do ship internationally. Since international shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination, please contact us on WhatsApp for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time before placing your order.

Courier Partners
We ship via PostEx and Trax to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number/link will be sent to your registered email address so you can track your parcel in real time.

Payment Options for Shipping
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposit as payment methods.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We take these issues seriously—every case is fully investigated with our courier partner, and appropriate action is taken to resolve it (replacement, refund, or compensation as applicable).
